Full Service Support

  • ACS Full Service Support is phone based and remote support 24 hours a day 7 days a week with an engineer on-site in 4 hours. Through our partners across the United States we are able to offer technical support to all major US cities. Our in-house personnel serves as the technical backbone.
  • Service highlights include an initial consultation with your IT staff and an equipment asset review, 4 hour on-site response time, single point of contact phone or e-mail support, hardware problem monitoring and reporting.
  • A dedicated technician will be assigned to your account, so you can become familiar with the same service technician. In addition, your assigned service technician can be available for data center moves, consultations, and other needs and an additional hourly rate.
